Puppy Application

 

Adding a puppy to your life is a big decision!

 

Puppies have specific needs that each family should be ready to provide. One of our biggest duties as a responsible breeder is to determine if our puppy is a good match for your unique lifestyle. We intend our puppies to become your companion for the entire duration of their lives. It's a big deal! But it is so exciting. We want to do our best to ensure a good match for our puppy and a good match for you. To safeguard that relationship to the best of our ability, future owners of our puppies are asked to fill out a puppy application.

After we have reviewed your application and determined the suitability of one of a puppy from our program for your family, we will contact you by phone to finalize the process. This call will include instructions on making a deposit. The deposit holds your spot for a puppy. Remember the deposit is non-refundable should you change your mind before the puppy is ready to go home. If I can't provide you with a puppy (quantity of puppies or gender you wish) you may apply your deposit to the next litter or receive a refund.
